Once your fundraising campaign begins receiving online donations, Stripe handles the transfer of funds directly to your linked bank account.  The process may take a day or two, depending on your withdrawal schedule (which can be set to daily, weekly, or monthly), location, bank, and campaign status. Don't worry, withdrawing the money does not affect the progress meter that's displayed on your Fundly campaign.

Before you can receive donations, you’ll need to connect a Stripe account to SignUpGenius Giving. If you don’t have one yet, no worries—just have a few things handy to get started:

  • Your business name and EIN (or SSN if you're an individual)
  • Your bank account details (routing and account number) for payouts
  • Some basic personal info (name, birthdate) for verifications

Your campaign won't be activated until Stripe is connected. Make sure to complete this step so donors can contribute!

Need to change where your funds are sent? You can update your bank account details anytime through your Stripe dashboard under Settings → Bank Accounts.
