The Second Bill of Rights Project launch campaign

The Second Bill of Rights" project seeks to educate Americans about civics, history and constitutional restoration. Through our website and outreach team, we seek to promote the ideas and thoughts set out in "The Second Bill of Rights: A Blueprint for Constitutional Restoration" book set for publication on July 4, 2026. 

The book proposes a series of ten interlocking amendments to our Constitution in order to restore it to its original, Madisonian intent. The book is written to appeal to the general public with special attention to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

We are establishing this fundraiser in order to further our initial steps towards broad educational outreach and engagement with this critical subject matter today in our Republic.  Out top needs include:

• establishing our 501(c)(3) as soon as possible;
• hiring a professional fundraiser; and
• hiring an operations manager.
