Hi, I'm Queen Setche (Mafor Menga) — cross-cultural entertainer, MC and musician, also known as The Emotional DJ. With a background in engineering and deep expertise in diversity and inclusion, I've spent my life building bridges through dialogue, art and music that bridges cultures and builds compassionate communities.

Now, I invite you into my most intimate work yet: *Tears on the Threshold*, my debut album. Born from my own grief and cultural wisdom, this collection is a guide through mourning, healing, and sacred hope. It's music for anyone who has ever walked the threshold between sorrow and light.

As an international performer at the United Nations Human Rights Summit, the International Leadership Conference in Seoul, and the African Leadership Summit in Cape Town (organized by the Royal House of Mandela), I transform tears into triumph—one song at a time.

This is the music I needed to hear in my darkest moments, and I'm creating it for everyone who needs it too. I invite you to support this healing work.

Dear beloved friends, family, and supporters, 

 I am Queen Setche—crowned Mafor Menga in my homeland of Cameroon—the daughter of a queenly woman whose love, strength, and legacy continue to shape my soul.

Earlier last year, I lost my beloved mother, and with her passing, I entered the sacred Bayangi tradition of mourning in black. In that silence and sorrow, I discovered something unexpected—a song rising inside me. Tears on the Threshold, my debut album, was born from those tears.

This is more than an album. It is a journey through grief, remembrance, and healing—a story woven with ancestral rhythms, Afro-soul melodies, and the heartbeat of love that transcends life and death. Every song is a threshold: a doorway where pain transforms into hope, and silence becomes song.

To honor this journey, I will launch my album as part of a once-in-a-lifetime celebration:

• - My Removal of Black Ceremony – A cultural and spiritual release of mourning, honoring my mother’s eternal presence in my life.

• - The Launch of Tears on the Threshold – My first-ever album, sharing my story with the world.
