About SAGE International Mentoring Paradigm SAGE International Mentoring Paradigm (formerly SAGE Intergenerational Mentoring Paradigm) is a nonprofit organization based in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, dedicated to bridging generations through mentorship, leadership, and community connection. Our Mission To uplift and empower the next generation by providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership development that bridges the gap between generations and strengthens the community. What We Do • Youth Mentorship – Pairing young people with trained mentors who provide encouragement, accountability, and life skills. • Leadership Development – Workshops and opportunities that cultivate confidence, communication, and decision-making. • Community Engagement – Creating spaces for intergenerational connection through events, service, and collaboration. • Educational Support – Helping students set and achieve goals in academics, careers, and personal growth.
