His Desire International, a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is hosting RAGS FEST (Reggae, Afrobeats/Afro Gospel Summer Festival) on August 2nd, 2025 at the Centennial Park Amphitheater in Brooklyn Center, MN. This is more than music—it’s a movement of healing, unity, and revival for a city that has endured so much.

Our city and its neighbouring cities have experienced tragic events recently and over the past few years, which have made our community known globally for something negative. We love our city and desire a 180-degree turnaround. As part of our corporate, social, and Christian responsibility toward this desire, we are bringing our community together to praise, worship, pray and to celebrate the rich diversity of people, nations, and cultures in our community in RAGS FEST (Reggae, Afrobeats/Afro Gospel Summer Festival) on August 2nd, from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at the Centennial Park Amphitheater, 6301 Shingle Creek Pkwy, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430. 

Also, we’re shining a powerful light on substance abuse/addiction prevention and recovery, partnering with organizations that provide life-changing services to those battling addiction, mental health struggles, and hardship.
