From Journey Medina

I am raising money to bring my miniature service horse home. I am working with a wonderful lady out in Missouri, named Lisa, for purchasing and training. All proceeds will be going directly toward training.

More Info

My name is Journey Elena Medina, also known as Jem Elvis Belle. I'm a 28-year-old plus-sized, neurodivergent, queer, disabled college student from Pennsylvania. I live with my family and my dog, whom I adopted as a potential service animal, but she is now just a pet due to her traumatic past.

I have a lifelong bond with animals, particularly horses. I have always dreamt of having a miniature horse, especially as a service animal to support my mental health and physical disabilities, which include conditions from being on the Autism spectrum and mobility issues from a childhood injury. I’m currently working with a trainer in Missouri to obtain a miniature horse and seeking service dog grants for this purpose. Your support could help make this dream a reality.
