Hello, my name is Melpomeni, and I’m working toward a dream that has lived in my heart for years: opening an authentic Greek bakery in Texas. 

I grew up surrounded by Greek food, family, and tradition, where baking wasn’t just about recipes, but about love, patience, and sharing. From flaky spanakopita and syrup-soaked baklava to traditional breads and cookies, Greek baking tells a story. I want to bring that story to Texas.

This bakery will be more than a place to buy pastries. It will be a warm, welcoming space where people can slow down, enjoy real food made from scratch, and experience Greek culture through flavor and hospitality.
