Flower and Gifts for varisty and coaches

Dear varsity  parents,

I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the end of the season, we want to show our heartfelt appreciation for the coaches and honor the varsity for their dedication, hard work, and commitment. To celebrate their efforts, we plan to present them with flowers and thoughtful gifts.

We are reaching out to you for support in making this possible. Your generous donation will help cover the cost of the flowers and gifts, ensuring that we can properly honor everyone’s efforts. 

We kindly ask that donation be made by March 15, so we can make the necessary purchases in time for the presentation, We would like to collect $25 each of you. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated, and all funds will go directly toward this effort.
