A Farewell to Remember

As our 5th graders prepare to transition to Middle School, we want to give them more than just a party—we want to give them a final moment of unity. After years of growing, learning, and laughing together in the Elementary School, this farewell celebration at the park is their last chance to be together as one class before they head off on different paths.

Because this event is 100% parent-organized and not funded by the school, we are turning to our community to help us make it magical. Our goal is to ensure that every child is included, regardless of their family’s budget. Your sponsorship ensures that no graduate feels left out of this important milestone.

Transparency is important to us. Every dollar raised through these sponsorship levels goes directly into the event infrastructure:

• High-Energy Activities: Funding the Laser Tag Arena, Nerf Tournament, and Field Games that keep the kids active and engaged.

• The "Wow" Factor: Bringing in a professional Digital Photo Booth so the kids can capture and share memories instantly.

• A Full Celebration: Covering the cost of the pavilion rental, a full pizza lunch for families, and "Class of 2026" Swag Bags for every student.

• Inclusion Fund: Bridging the gap for families who may need financial assistance to participate.
